We are located at unit number 2001 in the Rohit A/C Market on Ring Road, close to Krishna Park. Because it is an air-conditioned market, it stays much cooler inside than it does out on the street, which is a big help during the hot months in Surat. Ring Road is always a total mess with traffic and people, so once you step inside the building, everything feels a lot more organized. Our shop is way up on the 20th floor. From our window, we can see all the other market buildings lined up. Our space is mostly just filled with shelves and a few big tables where we can lay out the clothes. Like almost everyone else in this building, we deal with garments. The hallways outside are always full of people carrying heavy bundles or pushing metal trolleys around. It is a fast place to work. We try to keep our corner of the building neat, but it is hard when new shipments arrive and boxes are everywhere. We do not have a fancy front or a big sign, just a glass door. Most of our day involves talking to traders and checking on the stock we have. It gets quite noisy with everyone shouting in the halls and the sounds of business happening. We have been in this same spot for a while now and we like the people around us.
