We are located over in Radhe Nagar Society, which is in the Parle Point area of Surat. It’s a bit different from being right on the main highway, as it feels a little more like a neighborhood. We are quite close to Sargam Shopping, which is a big landmark for anyone living around here. Our office is basically a ground floor space where we handle all the travel arrangements. We have been in this spot for a good while. People from the nearby houses often just walk over when they want to plan a trip or book a car. It’s a 395007 area code. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some chairs, a desk for the computer, and a lot of folders filled with itineraries. It's not a corporate setup with a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one or two of us sitting here working through the bookings. Sometimes it gets a bit busy around the holidays when everyone wants to go away at the same time. Otherwise, it’s a steady flow of locals coming in. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels or transport providers. It’s practical work. We just try to make sure everything is lined up correctly for whoever is traveling. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which makes working here quite nice compared to the noisier parts of the city.
