Vora Usuf I

I am Vora Usuf I. My office is located in the Nanpura area, specifically near the CP Tank. We are on the second floor of the building that sits right above the Congress Office. It’s a well-known spot, so most people don’t have trouble finding us once I tell them about the office downstairs. The building is quite old and has a lot of character, with high ceilings and those old-style windows. Being in Nanpura means there is always a lot of movement and noise from the street below. I’ve been here for many years. The stairs can be a bit steep, especially when I’m carrying things up, but you get used to it. Inside, it’s just a workspace filled with the things I need. I haven't done much in the way of decorating. I have my old desk, some filing cabinets, and a few chairs for whoever stops by. It’s a very practical environment. I don't use any corporate talk here. I just talk to people like regular people. Most of my business comes from locals who have known me for a long time. We drink tea, discuss what needs to be done, and I get to work. It’s a slow and steady process. I like the history of this neighborhood. It feels like a real part of the city, not some newly built glass tower.
