Vivek Travels

Our place, Vivek Travels, is Shop No 3 in Satya Nagar. We are located right on Udhna Main Road in the Udhna area of Surat. If you know the neighborhood, we are right opposite Silicon Shoppers. It’s a very busy part of the city with a lot of shops and people moving about. Our shop is small, but it’s right there on the main road so it’s easy to spot. We spend our days helping people with their travel needs, mostly buses and private cars. It’s a very practical kind of business. We have a couple of desks and some chairs where people can wait if we are busy with another customer. Udhna Main Road is always noisy with traffic, and we are right in the middle of it. We’ve been here long enough that we know many of the other shop owners nearby. We don’t do anything fancy, just book the trips and make sure the details are correct. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when it's the holiday season, but we just take it one person at a time. Most of our work is done over the phone or just talking to people who walk in from the street. We aren't a big corporation, just a local shop in Satya Nagar trying to make a living and helping people get to where they're going.
