I’ve been running this small shop at Palanpur Nd Satellite 9 for a good while now. It’s not a fancy place with bright lights and uniform shirts. Most days it’s just me and the tools on the workbench. The floor is a bit scuffed up from people coming in and out. We handle a lot of phones that have seen better days. Screens are always getting cracked and charging ports get full of lint or just stop working. It’s tedious work sitting under the lamp, poking at tiny screws. Sometimes the parts take a few days to get here, and we just have to tell people to wait. We sell those basic plastic cases too. They’re hanging on the wall in no particular order. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep the glass counter clean at least. It gets busy in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. People stop by to ask questions or just to see if their repair is done yet. We don't have a big computer system for tracking things. I usually just write notes on a pad. If the shop is closed, it’s usually because I had to run an errand. That’s just how it goes here. We’re just a small part of Satellite 9, doing what we can with the gadgets people bring us. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy every single day.
