Vijay Creation

We run Vijay Creation on the second floor of the Millennium Textile Market. The address is L-4640-41, right on the busy Ring Road. If you have ever been to this market, you know how crowded it gets with people and bundles of cloth everywhere. Our space is usually filled with rolls of fabric and samples hanging from the walls. We spend our days dealing with traders and looking at different patterns. Being on the second floor means we have to wait for the lift a lot, or just walk up the stairs when we are in a hurry, which is most of the time. The market is very loud from morning until late at night. You can hear people shouting and the sounds of carts moving heavy loads across the stone floors. We have two units joined together so we have a bit more room to breathe, but it still feels small when we have a lot of new stock. My brother and I manage the daily stuff, from taking calls to checking the quality of the cloth that comes in. Sometimes the tea we order gets cold because we are too busy talking to a customer. We don't have fancy decorations in the shop, just the basic racks and a few desks where we sit. It’s a practical place for a practical business. Everyone on this floor is doing the same thing, trying to keep up with the pace of the Ring Road trade.
