Happy Holidays

You can find us at U 3 in Westfield Square, which is over in Vesu near Nandini 1. This is where we run Happy Holidays. It’s a corner of Surat that has grown a lot lately. We spend our days talking to families and individuals who are looking to take a break from their regular routine. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some chairs for people to sit while we look at travel dates and different tour packages. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the hotels are ready and the transport is lined up correctly. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several people come in at once, all wanting to go to different places. We try to keep things organized but it’s not always perfect. We use a lot of maps and digital calendars to keep track of everything. It’s nice being in Westfield Square because there’s always people walking by. We’ve helped neighbors from Nandini 1 and people from across Vesu. We aren't fancy consultants; we are just people who know how to navigate the travel industry. If a hotel isn't good, we usually hear about it and we keep that in mind for the next person. We just focus on getting the details right so someone can have a decent trip. We stick to what we know and try to be honest about what’s possible.
