Mango Trips Surat

Our office is located at S-45 in the Kanaknidi Complex in Lanpura. We’ve been running this travel service in Surat for a while. Most of what we do involves sitting at our desks and trying to find a good way for people to get from one place to another. It sounds simple, but with how much flight prices and train schedules change, it can be a real puzzle. People come in with all sorts of plans. Some want a long holiday with their family, while others just need a quick ticket to visit relatives. We listen to what they want and then spend time on the computer looking at the options. Our office isn't very big and we don't have any flashy decorations. It’s just a workspace with some chairs for customers. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what the costs are and what the travel times look like. Sometimes bookings get complicated or there’s a delay with the airline, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to get it sorted out. That’s just part of the business. We’re just local people here in Surat helping our neighbors plan their trips without too much stress. It’s a practical job and we try to do it right.
