Varsiddhi Fashion is located in Wing A-1, Block No. 2004, at the Regent Textile Market on Ring Road. Being in block 2004 means we’re quite a ways into the building. The Regent Textile Market is a huge complex, and it can be a real trek to get from the entrance to our wing. Wing A-1 is usually buzzing with activity. You see people carrying rolls of cloth and checking their lists constantly. Our unit is just a regular workroom where we keep our stock and handle the daily chores. The Ring Road outside is the main artery of the city's trade, so it’s always congested and loud. Inside the market, it’s a bit more contained, but the hallways are narrow and often crowded with packages. We’ve got 2004 set up so we know where everything is, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. There’s no fancy signage or carpeted floors here. It’s just the raw energy of the textile trade. We get our tea from the same guy every day and talk to the neighbors about the market trends. The windows don’t show much besides other buildings, but we’re too busy to look out them anyway. It’s a solid place to work, and being in the Regent Textile Market gives us a sense of being right where things happen. We just keep our heads down and stay on top of the orders as they come in, day after day.
