We are located at 32, SMC Shopping Center. It’s on the main road of Ring Road. This is the center of the textile trade in Surat. Everything happens here. Vardhman Travel Agency has been in this shopping center for many years. It’s a government-built complex, so it’s a bit basic. The stairs are wide, and there are many other offices around us. Being on the main road means it's very easy to find, but parking is a nightmare. Most of our customers just walk over from the nearby markets during their lunch break. We spend our time managing the bookings and talking to drivers. It’s a lot of coordination. We have an old desk and some chairs that have seen better days. But they work fine. We don’t see the need for a fancy renovation. People come here for tickets, not for the decor. We keep the paperwork in stacks on the side table. Sometimes it gets a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The noise from the Ring Road traffic is constant. You get used to it after a few weeks. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple life. We close up once the last booking is done and the sun goes down over the city. It’s a practical way to run a business in such a busy part of Surat.
