Our shop is number 221 inside Rajhans Point on Hira Bag Road. It’s right in the middle of the Varachha Road area, which is always full of life and noise. We are pretty close to Gitanjali, which is how most people find their way to us. Working here in Varachha means things move fast, and we try to keep up with that. We spend most of our time at our desks, answering the phone or helping people who walk in with questions about their next trip. We don't use any fancy language or try to sell people on things they don't need. We just look at what’s available for the dates they want and tell them the price. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us and our customers. We handle a lot of the boring stuff like flight bookings and hotel reservations so that the people who come to us don't have to worry about it. The office is a bit small, but we have everything we need to get the job done. We’ve been here at Rajhans Point for a while now and have become a regular part of the neighborhood. Most of our customers are just local families or business people who need to get somewhere and want someone local to handle the details. We just show up every day and do our best to be helpful.
