We are located over in Vesu, specifically on the second floor of Rajmandir Plaza. If you know where G.D. Goyanka School is, we are right behind that area near the Kailash Mansarovar Party Plot. It’s shop number 212. Being on the second floor means it's a bit quieter than the street level, which is nice. We spend most of our time folding fabrics and making sure everything looks halfway decent. It's a lot of work to keep the rolls of cloth straight. People come in looking for something specific for a wedding or just a regular suit. Sometimes we have what they want, sometimes we don't. The Canal Road gets pretty packed during rush hour, so getting here can be a bit of a pain if you time it wrong. We’ve got different types of materials piled up. It’s not the biggest shop, but we make it work. My help usually arrives a bit late, so I’m often here alone in the mornings. We don't do much advertising; mostly just people walking by or hearing about us from their friends. The light in the shop is okay, but we could probably use a few more bulbs near the back. We just try to get the work done and go home at a reasonable hour. Vesu is growing fast, so there are always new faces coming in to look at the lady's fashion stuff and find something they like.
