You can find us at Jolly Plaza, specifically at shops U/13 and 14. We are right on the Athwa Gate Main Road. It is a very busy spot because the Girls Polytechnic College is right beside us. There are always students and people walking around. Our shop is just a regular place where we sit and talk to people about their holiday plans. We have been in this part of Surat for a while. Athwa Gates is always crowded, so finding parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We keep the shop open through the day. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs. We have simple desks and a few maps on the wall. We handle the bookings and the paperwork manually most of the time. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in at once, and it gets a bit cramped. Other times it is just us and the sound of the traffic outside. We don't use any big slogans. We just tell people what is available and help them book it. The college next door means there’s always a bit of energy in the air. We usually take a break in the afternoon when it gets really hot. Most of our regulars live nearby or work in the shops in Jolly Plaza. It is a straightforward business. We just do what we do every day without much drama. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a local travel shop.
