Umiya Mobile Shop

Umiya Mobile Shop is a small place at Kadodara G 9. I’ve been running this spot for a few years now. Most of the time it is just me and my cousin sitting here. We spend the day fixing screens and trying to find the right parts for older phones. The area around G 9 is usually pretty busy with people going to work. We get a lot of dust from the road so I’m always wiping down the glass counters. It never stays clean for long though. We aren't a big fancy store with bright lights. We just have a few tubes that flicker sometimes. People come in for simple things like chargers or a new screen guard. We don't have a big inventory of the newest models. We mostly deal with what locals can afford. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to chat and stay out of the sun for a bit. We don't mind at all. It makes the day go faster. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat it in the back corner. If you need a repair, you might have to leave it for a day because I work slow to make sure it's right. Kadodara can be a loud place but we are used to it by now. The shop is just a simple way to make a living. We don't have any big plans to expand. Just staying here at G 9 is enough for us.
