Our office is over in Pandesara, specifically in Building No 3. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by now. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at computer screens, trying to figure out train schedules and flight timings for people. It’s a lot of paperwork and double-checking dates so nobody ends up at the wrong station. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer changes their mind three times in one afternoon, but that’s just how it goes in the travel business. We don't have a big fancy lobby with glossy posters or expensive chairs. It’s mostly desks, some chairs for people to sit in while they wait, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We take our lunch breaks when we can, often just grabbing something quick from the small food shops nearby. The stairs in this building can be a bit steep and narrow, but we're used to them by now. We help people get where they need to go, whether it’s just a bus ticket to the next city or something further away. It’s not glamorous work, mostly just organizing details so someone else doesn’t have to worry. We’ve had the same furniture for a long time, and the floor has some scuffs from all the people coming in and out over the years. It feels like a real workspace. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just book the tickets and hope the weather stays good.
