Two Wheeler Industry As A Customer Care Manager

We work out of house number 22 in Sudama Park Society. It’s near Sardar Nagar on New Kosad Road. It’s more of a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of Surat’s city center. Our setup here is pretty basic. We handle customer stuff related to the two-wheeler industry. That means a lot of time spent on the phone or answering messages from people who have questions about their bikes or service. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work. We have a small office space inside the building where a few of us sit. Sometimes it’s just one person here, depending on the day. We’ve got piles of files and some old bike parts sitting in the corner. The neighborhood is nice, and we know the people who live around Sudama Park. It’s a bit of a drive to get out to the main roads, but we don't mind the quiet. We aren't part of some giant call center. It’s just a local operation where we try to help folks out. Some days are slow and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. Other days, everyone seems to have a problem at once. We just take it as it comes and do our best to get people the answers they need without making it complicated. We’ve been here for a while and just focus on getting through the daily list.
