Trishana Fashion

Our shop is located in the Sirwasting building over on Ananaya Road here in Surat. It's a small place, number 65, and it stays pretty crowded with rolls of cloth. My brother and I run the front while a couple of workers help with the rest. It’s been our family spot for a few years. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the scooters passing by. We usually open up early in the morning to beat the heat, though it doesn’t always help. Inside, it's mostly just piles of whatever we're working on that week. We don't have a big fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll probably see us sorting through new arrivals or drinking chai while we wait for the next customer. It’s honest work and it pays the bills. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep the doors open for the breeze. Surat is a big city for clothes, so there’s always something new happening down the road. We try to keep things simple and just sell what people actually want to wear. No big speeches or anything like that. We just show you what’s on the racks and let you decide. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we keep the clothes clean. Come see us if you’re on Ananaya Road. Trishana Fashion is usually open by eight.
