Traveltern

We are over here at the Pashaka Building on Civil Cross Road. Most people know it because it is right near Nirmal Hospital. Dealing with the Ring Road traffic is just part of our morning every single day. We’ve been at office 207 for a while now. It’s just a regular place where we handle travel stuff. You walk in and see the desks and maps. My phone usually starts ringing around ten. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Being in Surat means we see a lot of the same faces coming back. It’s not a big fancy setup with glass walls or anything. We just sit here and get the bookings done for whoever walks in. Sometimes people get confused by the cross roads, so we tell them to look for the hospital. The afternoon sun hits the office window pretty hard. We usually have some tea around four o’clock. It’s a small team, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people about where they want to go next. There is always noise from the street below, but we got used to it. If you are around Ring Road, you will probably pass right by our building. We just keep our heads down and work. That’s pretty much how it goes here at Traveltern. We don't have any big corporate plans.
