We are over at the Ashirwad Complex on Bhatar Road. Our shop is M-28. Most people know the area because Uma Bhavan is nearby. It is a typical Surat commercial complex. We have been here for a while now. The office is small but it fits what we need. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. Bhatar Road is always busy, so there is a lot of life outside our door. We handle travel bookings for anyone who comes in. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have some stacks of files and maybe a few old calendars on the wall. We start the day by opening up and checking the messages. It’s just a regular routine. Sometimes we chat with the shop owners next door while we wait for the computers to start up. People find us because they live in the neighborhood or pass by on their way to Uma Bhavan. We don't use any marketing tricks. We just tell you what the prices are and what the schedule looks like. It is a practical way to run a shop. We deal with the daily ups and downs of the travel industry without making a big deal out of it. If you need to find us, just look for the Ashirwad sign on Bhatar Road. We are usually here until late most evenings. It's just us and the usual bustle of Bhatar Road every single day.
