Travel Buddy Holiday

We are over at number 48 in the Vardhman Complex on Bhatar Road. It’s directly opposite Uma Bhavan, which is a landmark everyone in this part of Surat knows. Our office is just a regular room where we handle all the travel bookings. It isn’t anything fancy, just a place to work and talk to folks. We chose Bhatar Road because it’s easy for people to get to, though parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We’ve been here long enough that the locals recognize us. Most of the time, we are busy on the phone or typing away on the computer. We like the vibe of this area. There are plenty of food stalls nearby, so we usually grab lunch from one of them. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a couple of us who know the travel industry and wanted to do our own thing. We talk to people plainly and tell them what’s possible and what isn't. If a trip is going to be too expensive or the timing is bad, we just say so. We don’t see the point in sugarcoating things. The office has a few chairs for visitors, and we always have some water ready. It’s a modest setup in a busy complex. We like it that way because it keeps us close to the street and the people who live around here. We just handle the tickets and the dates.
