Top Shop

Top Shop is located at number 13 on 10th B Main Road, right across from the petrol pump in Athwalines. It’s a convenient spot because people often stop in while they are out running errands. We carry a bit of everything, the kind of things you realize you need at the last minute. The shelves are packed and sometimes it takes a second to find exactly what you’re looking for, but we are always there to help. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who have lived in the area for years. The shop gets a lot of light in the afternoon, which is nice. We spend our time restocking items and chatting with the regulars who come in every few days. It’s a very local feel here. We know most people by name and what they usually buy. Sometimes the deliveries arrive all at once and the floor gets covered in plastic wrap and cardboard. We just clear it out as fast as we can. We don't do any flashy promotions or big sales events. We just stay open late enough for the office workers to stop by on their way home. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. Being opposite the petrol pump means there’s always something happening outside, so it never gets too boring.
