Tex Palazzo Hotel

Tex Palazzo Hotel is right on Ring Road in Surat. If you’ve been to the textile market area, you know how hectic it gets around here. Our building is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a busy part of the city. We have people coming in all the time, mostly for the markets. The traffic on Ring Road is pretty much constant from morning till night. Inside the hotel, we try to keep things a bit more calm. We have been operating here for quite a while now. The staff here mostly knows the regulars who come for business trips. It’s a practical place to stay because of where it is. We don’t really do fancy decorations. It’s more about having a room ready and the lights on. We spend our time checking linens and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. Sometimes the elevator is slow, but we deal with it. It’s just a regular hotel in a very busy trading district. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just work our shifts and talk to the guests. Surat is a city that never really sleeps, and Ring Road is the heart of it. We are just part of that landscape. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re like a small family. We see the sunrise over the markets almost every morning. It’s a lot of work, but we just keep at it day after day. We have a small area for registries.
