We’ve been sitting here in Yash Plaza for a while now. If you know Nanpura, you know how Athugar Street gets with all the traffic and people moving around. Our office is right at the front, G1 and G2, so it’s hard to miss if you’re coming from the Canara Bank side across the road. Usually, we’re just at our desks sorting through itineraries or talking to people about where they want to go next. It’s not some fancy corporate setup, just a regular place where we get work done. Some days are quieter than others, giving us time to drink some tea and catch up on the latest travel rules. People walk in with all sorts of questions, some want a quick trip nearby and others are planning something big. We just try to give them the right information without making it complicated. The name on the door says Team Experts Tours & Travel Pvt. Ltd, which sounds a bit formal, but we’re mostly just local folks who enjoy figuring out the best way to get from one place to another. It’s a lot of looking at schedules and confirming bookings on the phone. Sometimes the internet is slow or a client changes their mind three times in an hour, but that’s just how the day goes. We like being in this part of Surat. There’s always something happening outside the window, and it feels good to help someone finally book that holiday they’ve been talking about for years.
