Tata Teleservice Customer Care

We spend most of our days here at Nanpura, right in the Shal Khatu Gujarat Ginning Compound area. It is a busy spot and people come in all the time looking for help with their Tata Teleservice connections. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical place where we sit and handle customer issues. Some days are louder than others because of the traffic outside the compound, but we just keep at it. Usually, people are coming in because their phone isn't working right or they have some confusion about a bill they got in the mail. We try to sort it out as quick as we can. It’s a lot of paperwork sometimes and sitting at desks, but that is just how it goes in customer care. We have been here for a while now and the neighborhood knows where to find us. You walk into the compound and look for our sign. The air gets a bit dusty with all the activity around the ginning area, but we keep the fans going. It is just a regular job for us. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some people are in a hurry and others want to sit and talk through every single detail of their plan. We just listen and do what we can with the computer systems we have. It’s not always perfect but we are here every morning ready to start again. No two days are really the same here even if the work feels similar. We take our lunch breaks when we can and just keep the door open for whoever needs us next.
