You can find us at 104 in the Kashmiri Complex. We are situated on the Gandhibaug Main Road in the Nanpura area of Surat. It’s a well-known part of town, and we are right beside the Dargah, which is a very clear landmark for everyone. The office is on the first floor. It’s a bit of an older building, so it has that lived-in feel. We have been operating from this 395001 location for quite a while. Inside, we have our desks piled with papers and some old wooden cabinets for the files. It’s not a fancy modern office, but it’s where we do all our planning. We handle a lot of different travel needs, from local trips to further away. The road outside is usually quite busy with traffic and people going to the park or the Dargah. We get a lot of walk-in customers because of the location. We don't really do much in terms of flashy signs or anything like that. People just know we are here. Sometimes it gets quite loud with the street sounds coming through the windows, but we don't mind it. It’s just part of being in Nanpura. We spend our days checking schedules and making sure the bookings are confirmed. It’s honest work and we just take it one day at a time.
