Tanishka Fashion

We are Tanishka Fashion, located at E-3517 on the second floor of the New Bombay Market in Umarwada. It’s right near the Maruti Suzuki showroom, which is a big help when you’re trying to find us in all the traffic. The New Bombay Market is always buzzing with people and goods moving everywhere. Our shop is just one of many, but we’ve carved out our own little space on the second floor. It’s full of different fashion items and fabrics we’ve collected. We spend most of our time sorting through the latest batches. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of lifting and carrying involved. The air in the market can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually have a fan going. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the other shopkeepers around us. We share news and sometimes help each other out. Our customers are mostly regulars who know the quality of what we carry. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just stay open and wait for people to come in. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going. The market is our second home, honestly. We usually stay until the lights in the main hallway start flickering at closing time and the gates are shut.
