Tanishka Creation

Tanishka Creation is located over in the Bhathena area of Surat. Specifically, we are at 157/B in the Sakti Sheri section near New Ashirwad Park. It is a bit of a long address to write out on an envelope. We are tucked away in a part of Udhna that is always moving and shaking. The street outside is quite narrow and sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck for an hour. We do our work here every single day. It is a family thing mostly, so you will see a few of us running around. We started out small and we are still pretty much the same size. We make things and we sell them to whoever needs them. The walls are a bit dusty because of the road work happening nearby but we don't mind it much. We have a lot of sewing machines and old desks scattered around the room. Sometimes we have to work really late when a big order needs to go out by morning. It isn't a corporate office with air conditioning in every single corner. It's a real workshop. We drink water from the common cooler and talk about the daily news. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to chat for a few minutes. It is just a normal life. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just make sure the work is finished properly before we lock up for the night and head home to eat.
