We are located at the Gateway Hotel in Athwalines, Surat. Our spot is basically within the hotel premises, working alongside Partha Sarathi Mandal. It is a busy place because of the hotel guests coming and going all the time. Athwalines is a well-known area in Surat, right by the river, so it gets quite breezy in the evenings. We’ve been here for a good while now. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We get in, check the messages, and handle whatever needs doing for the day. It’s not a massive operation. It’s just us in a small corner keeping things organized. Sometimes the lobby gets crowded and noisy, but we are used to that atmosphere. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. The weather in Surat can be really humid, but the hotel has decent air conditioning which helps a lot. We see all sorts of people, from business travelers to families on vacation. It makes the day go by faster when there are new faces around. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People mostly find us through the hotel or because they are already in the area. It’s a practical location for what we do. We’ve kept our setup basic because that’s all we really need. Every day is just another day of managing the usual tasks.
