We've been here at Hajira 4th Cross for a while now. People come in with cracked screens or battery issues. It's just a small shop. Sometimes it gets busy, especially on weekends. I started Swayam Mobile Services because I liked fixing stuff. Mostly phones these days. If a phone isn't charging, we look at it. We keep a few chargers and cables around too. It's not a fancy place. You'll probably see some tools lying on the counter. We try to get things done quickly, but sometimes parts take time to arrive. Most of the neighbors know us. We see the same faces coming by for top-ups or just to ask why their apps aren't working. It’s a job, you know? Keeping things running for the local folks. Sometimes the rain makes it quiet here. We just sit and wait for the next person to walk through the door. If you’re walking near the 4th Cross, you can't miss the sign. It’s been there since we opened. We don’t do big ads. Just word of mouth mostly. Some days are long, some are short. We handle basic repairs and some software stuff if we can. Nothing too crazy. Just a regular mobile shop in Hajira. If we can't fix it, we'll tell you straight. No point in wasting anyone's time. That's how we run things here. My brother helps out on Tuesdays when I have to go pick up stock from the main market.
