Our shop is located at B-11/12 in Ambica Nagar, which is quite close to Trikam Nagar-2 on Lh Road. If you know the area, you know how crowded Lh Road gets at almost any time of the day. We deal with machine tools and all the small bits and pieces that go with them. The place is packed with shelves and boxes. It’s hard to keep it all organized, but we usually know where everything is if you give us a minute to look. It’s an old-style shop. We don’t have computers running everything; we still use a lot of paper notebooks to keep track of what we have. My family has been running this for a long time. We have regulars who stop by just to talk for a bit before buying a tool or a part. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside and the fans inside. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just sell tools to people who need them for their own workshops. Sometimes the rain gets heavy and the water comes right up to the doorstep, but we stay open. You get used to the smell of metal and oil after a while. It’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local tool shop that helps out the neighborhood businesses. We keep it simple and just do our work.
