Surabhi Mobile

You can find us over on Varachha Road on Sreenivasa Mandiram Road 21. Surabhi Mobile is just a small place where we handle all sorts of phone-related stuff. Most of the day is spent peeling off old screen guards and putting on new ones without getting bubbles under the glass. It’s trickier than it looks sometimes. We also have a lot of colorful mobile covers because everyone wants their phone to look a bit different. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use every inch of the walls to display the cables and headsets. People often drop in just to ask a quick question about their settings or why an app isn't working. We don't mind helping out with those little things. The traffic on Varachha Road can be quite loud, but we are used to it by now. We usually have a radio playing in the background to pass the time between customers. We keep a stock of second-hand phones too, for people who don't want to spend too much on a brand new one. It’s a basic setup with a few stools and a lot of electronics. We just try to keep the drawers organized so we can find the right battery when someone asks. It’s just us doing our thing day in and day out. We aren't doing anything fancy, just selling phones and fixing what breaks.
