You’ll find us at number 4 in Ganesh Apartment. We’re right on Gopipura Main Road, which stays pretty lively throughout the day. If you’re looking for a landmark, Kazi Nu Maidan is right nearby. It’s a well-known spot in the 395001 area. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just pop in from the street. Gopipura is an old part of Surat, so the roads are a bit tight and the buildings are close together. Inside Ganesh Apartment, it’s a bit quieter than the main road. We have a desk with a computer that’s seen a lot of use and some folders stacked up high. It’s a small space, but we manage. Most of the day is spent looking at train schedules and talking to people about their journeys. The tea stall nearby is where we get our energy from. We don’t have any fancy signs or big lights. Just a simple nameplate and a door that stays open most of the time. It gets a bit hot in the summer, so we have a fan that’s always humming in the corner. We like being in Gopipura. It feels like a real community where everyone knows everyone. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure things get sorted for whoever walks through the door.
