Our office is M-3 in the Athwa Arcade. We are located in the Athwa Gates area of Surat. There is a Jain Temple nearby which most people use as a landmark to find us. It’s a central location, so it’s easy to get to from most parts of the city. The arcade has many different shops, and we are just one of them. We spend our days at the desks, looking at flights and hotel options. It is a simple setup. We have some brochures scattered around and a couple of computers that are always on. We aren't trying to be a big flashy agency. Most of our customers are locals who walk in while they are out doing their errands. The Jain Temple brings a lot of people to this street. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy during the prayer times, but we don't mind. We have a small staff, and we all do a bit of everything. There is no manager in a suit here. We just sit together and figure out the travel plans. We usually have a bottle of water and some snacks on the table. It is an honest way to work. We’ve been at Athwa Arcade for a good while. People know they can just drop in and ask a quick question. We don't have a mission statement or anything. We just help people get where they need to go. It’s just a regular local shop in the arcade.
