Sugar N Spice ,Surat

We’ve been here at the Sandeep D Patel building for quite a bit now. If you know the Honey Park Road area in Adajan, you probably know where the L P Savani school is. We are right beside it, so we see the kids and parents coming and going all day long. It gets pretty loud around school finishing time, but that’s just how it is. My name is on the lease for C/301 in the Samrat Campus. Some days the kitchen feels smaller than it looks, especially when we have a lot of orders piled up. We mostly just focus on getting the food out. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to send someone out quick to grab more. It’s a local spot, nothing too fancy. The floors get scuffed and we have to mop them twice a day because of the dust from the road. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to keep things running. We know most of the regulars by their first names or at least by what they usually order. Sometimes the ovens act up, but we fix them and keep moving. It’s just how a small business in Surat goes. You show up, you do the work, and you hope the customers leave happy with their snacks. If you’re around Adajan, you’ll see our sign near the school.
