Star Telecommunication

Star Telecommunication is situated on Varachha Road at F 11. This part of the city is always moving and we have to keep up with it. Our shop is packed with all sorts of things related to mobile phones. We have been at this address for quite a long time so we are part of the scenery now. The space is a bit tight because we try to stock as much variety as possible. You will find cables hanging from the ceiling and stacks of boxes in the corners. It is not the most organized place in the world but we generally know where everything is when someone asks. We do a lot of business with people who need their phones fixed quickly because they rely on them for work. Sometimes we are working under pressure and the shop gets a bit chaotic. We have an old desk where we handle all the paperwork and it is usually covered in receipts and loose pens. The front sign has faded a bit over the years from the sun but people still find us easily enough. We do not have any corporate training or fancy scripts to follow. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them with whatever mobile issue they have brought in. It is just us here every day doing the same things and trying to make ends meet.
