Srk Holidayz

Srk Holidayz is down at B 2, Yash Plaza, right on the ground floor. We are in the Nanpura area of Surat, 395001, just opposite the State Bank of India. It’s a very convenient spot because people can just walk in from the street. We’ve been helping people with their holiday plans from this office for a while. It’s not a corporate setup with polished floors and glass walls. It’s a practical office with some chairs and desks where we sit down and figure out travel dates. Nanpura is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside. We spend a lot of our time looking at different destinations and trying to find what fits. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what is available and what the costs are. Sometimes we have to explain why a certain hotel is booked up or why a flight cost went up. It’s just how the travel world works. We’ve been here long enough that people know our faces. We drink a lot of tea and spend many hours on the phone. It’s a basic business that relies on just doing the work correctly. We like being in Yash Plaza because it’s easy for everyone to find. We just keep things simple and stay busy with the daily bookings. Most days we are here from morning until quite late in the evening sorting things out.
