Sri Abrami Agri Clinic

Vankla is where you’ll find us, right on MKK Road. This isn't a mobile shop like the others; we deal with farming stuff. At Sri Abrami Agri Clinic, we spend our time looking at soil samples or helping someone figure out why their crops aren't growing right. It’s a different kind of work. The shop smells like earth and fertilizer. We have bags of seeds stacked up and shelves full of different treatments for plants. Farmers from the surrounding areas come in, often early in the morning before they head out to their fields. We have a few chairs where they can sit and talk about the weather or the price of produce. It’s a slow-paced kind of place, which suits me just fine. My background is in agriculture, so I enjoy the technical side of things without the corporate fluff. The 2nd Stage of the road can get a bit muddy when it rains, but that’s just part of being in an agricultural area. We have some charts on the wall showing different pest types and seasonal planting guides. It’s practical information for people who work the land. We’ve been here at Vankla for a good while, and we just try to be a helpful spot for the local farming community. It’s honest work, and we like being a part of the agricultural cycle. We don't have fancy gadgets, just what works for the soil and the season. It’s a good life.
