We are over in Katargam Hadapsar, dealing with all the stuff people usually don't want to think about. Our work is mostly about bugs and helping out with farming problems. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most days we are out in the field or in someone’s basement checking for termites or spraying for pests. The office is small and filled with containers and equipment that we need for the day's work. It smells a bit like chemicals and earth in here, which is just how it is. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers about their crops and what kind of pests are causing them trouble this season. It’s practical work that needs to be done. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website, people usually just find us by word of mouth or seeing our truck around the neighborhood. Sometimes the weather makes the work hard, especially when it’s pouring rain and we have to be outside, but the pests don’t stop just because it’s wet. We’ve learned a lot about the local insects and the soil in this part of Katargam over the years. It’s a steady job and we take it seriously because people's homes and livelihoods depend on us getting it right. We just show up, do the work, and move on to the next call. It is honest work for our local community.
