Sotc - Kuoni Holidays, Surat

We are located on Highway Road in Valod, which is in the Valod Taluka of the Surat district, 394640. Being right on the highway means we get a lot of people stopping by while they are traveling between towns. The office isn't in the middle of Surat city, so it's a bit of a drive if you're coming from the center. It's a basic setup. We have our desks, some chairs for customers, and a lot of brochures about different trips. We spend a lot of time looking at travel dates and trying to figure out the best way to get people from one place to another. The highway can be noisy with the trucks going past, but we get used to it. We handle a lot of the local holiday planning for people in the Valod area. It’s not a high-rise office building. It’s just a ground-floor space where we do our daily work. We don't have a fancy uniform or anything. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people about their plans. Sometimes the computer system is slow, and we have to wait for pages to load, but we get the job done eventually. It’s a quiet life out here in Valod compared to the city. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to come in with a question about their next trip or ticket booking.
