You can find Somani Telecom at 310, Silk City Market on Ring Road. This area is famous in Surat for the textile trade, and it is always incredibly busy. We are near Abhishek Market, and the streets are always full of people moving bundles of cloth and trucks loading up. Our shop is up on the third floor of the market. We mostly deal with mobile phones, recharges, and all the small things that keep people connected. It is a fast-paced place to work. People come in wanting their phones fixed or a new SIM card right away because they are busy with their own businesses downstairs. Our shop is a practical space, not a showroom. We have tools and spare parts on the counters and the radio playing in the background. We don't use any slick marketing talk. We just look at your phone, tell you what’s wrong, and how much it will cost to fix. We’ve been in Silk City Market for several years now, and we know many of the other traders around here. It is a tough, hardworking environment and we fit right in. We don't have time for anything fancy. We just focus on the gadgets and the customers. It is a simple business in a very loud and active part of the city, and we just keep doing our part every day.
