We’ve been at Trade House on Ring Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot, especially being in unit 6057. Most days, we just get here early to beat some of the traffic that piles up near the Rushabh Petrol Pump. It’s one of those parts of Surat that never really goes quiet. Being here at Soham Fincons Pvt Ltd, we deal with the usual paperwork and meetings that come with the territory. The office is decent, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry. Our neighbors are mostly other local businesses, and you get to know the faces after a few months. Lunch usually happens at the desk or sometimes we step out for a quick tea nearby. The weather in Surat can be a bit much in the summer, but the office stays cool enough. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing. It’s more about coming in, doing what needs to be done for the day, and heading home. We see people coming in and out of the Trade House all day long. If you’re looking for us, just look for the petrol pump and you’re basically there. It’s a practical place to be based, right in the middle of everything on Ring Road. We’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of this area.
