Sofia Fashion

Sofia Fashion is located at 3461/62 on Veer Nariman Road, right along the busy Ring Road stretch. It’s a crowded area and parking can be a real headache, but we’ve managed to stay here for a good while. The shop isn’t very wide but it goes back pretty deep. We have racks lined up along both walls with all sorts of garments. The ceiling is a bit low, which makes the place feel crowded when there are more than four or five people inside. I usually keep a small radio playing in the background to drown out the traffic noise from outside. My daughter helps me out on the weekends when she isn't at school. We spend a lot of time re-folding things that people have looked through. It’s just the two of us mostly. The floor is a simple tile that’s seen better days, but it’s clean enough. We don’t do any big advertising or anything. Most of our regulars are people who work in the offices nearby or live a few streets over. Sometimes the electricity cuts out in the afternoon, so we keep a few rechargeable lights handy. It’s a humble setup, nothing like those big stores in the malls. We just try to have a good variety of stuff so there is something for everyone who walks through the door. Come in and take your time looking. We are usually here until late evening.
