Sks Agri Impex (P) Limited

Our office is over at Shivam Apartment, specifically units 321 and 322. It is on Rander Parsi Panchayat Road. It’s a bit of a mix here because it’s an apartment building but we use it for Sks Agri Impex (P) Limited. It feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building which we actually prefer. The walk up the stairs is part of the daily routine. We deal with agricultural stuff mostly, so there's always talk about crops and shipping schedules. The rooms are filled with samples and ledgers. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. Rander is a decent area, though the road can get narrow with all the parked scooters. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors don't mind the noise of the printers. It’s not a glass-and-steel skyscraper, just a solid brick building. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice to get a breeze. Sometimes the delivery guys struggle to find the right door because the numbering is a bit odd in Shivam Apartment. We just shout down from the balcony to guide them in. It is a humble place for a private limited company. We don't have a receptionist or fancy lobby. Just knock on 321 and one of us will let you in. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking emails. It's a lot of manual work and tracking things.
