Our office is over at Panchsil Chambers on LBS Marg. It’s right across from the IDBI Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us when they’re coming from the station or the main road. We are at number 12 in Bardoli. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people rushing to work. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, stacks of files, and a few phones that never seem to stop ringing. We started out with just a couple of people and a small desk, but things grew over the years. We handle a lot of agency work, which basically means we spend most of our time on the phone or filling out forms. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. There’s a tea stall just around the corner where we usually go when we need a break. Most of our clients have been coming to us for a long time now. They know the routine and they know where to park, which isn't always easy on this stretch of LBS Marg. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power flutters, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. We just have our chairs and our work. It’s been this way for years and we’re quite used to the rhythm of the place now.
