Our spot is Shop No M-22 in the Silver Point building, which is right by the Bhatar Char Rasta in Surat. If you know where Geeta Restaurant is, then finding us is pretty easy since we are right near there. That intersection is always loud with traffic, and you can usually smell the food from the restaurant during lunch hours. It makes us pretty hungry most days. The office is tucked away in the building, and we spend a lot of time on our computers checking for flights or looking at hotel lists. It is a lot of staring at screens and answering the same questions over and over again on the phone. We have some chairs for visitors to sit on while we look things up. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a few maps here and there, but mostly it is just a workplace. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it gets really hot outside in Surat, so we keep a small fan at the desk too. We are just regular people trying to make sure the bookings go through without any errors. It is a lot of double-checking names and dates, which can be tiring after a few hours. When it gets quiet, we usually just chat about our own plans or what is happening in the neighborhood. It is a small team here, so we all know each other’s business pretty well. It’s just a normal office in a busy part of town.
