Simar Creation

We are located down in the lower ground floor of the Radha Krishna Textile Market. It's a bit of a maze in here at first. You have to look for J-686 and 687. Being on the Ring Road means there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the traffic and the shouting of the loaders even through the walls. We call ourselves Simar Creation. We deal with a lot of different fabrics and designs. Most of our day is spent sitting on the white sheets on the floor, checking for defects or packing things into boxes. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The air is always a bit thick with lint and dust from all the textiles around us. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea when the afternoon slump hits. Sometimes the mobile network is a bit spotty because we are technically underground, so we have to go to the stairs to make a call. We've had this spot for a few years now. The market is always changing, shops opening and closing, but we’ve managed to stay put. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s just us, some shelves, and a lot of hard work. We just try to keep our head down and get the task finished so we can go home to our families at the end of a long day.
