We have been operating out of N 2754/55 on Ring Road for quite some time now. It is a busy place, always full of noise from the traffic outside and people moving bundles of cloth around. Sidhant Creations Pvt Ltd is basically just a few of us who show up every morning to get the work done. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big reception area with a coffee machine. Usually, we are just sitting at our desks surrounded by samples and invoices. The Ring Road area is constantly crowded, so getting here in the morning is always a bit of a challenge with all the rickshaws. We handle textiles mostly, which involves a lot of checking the material and making sure everything is packed right for the customers. Sometimes the fans don't work well enough for the Surat heat, but we manage. My cousin helped start this place years ago. We try to stay organized, though some days are more chaotic than others when the shipments arrive late. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology here, just a couple of computers and our phones. It is a simple setup. If you come by, you’ll probably see us busy with some registers or talking to a delivery guy. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done each day. It’s just how things go for a local business in this part of town. We stay late if we have to, especially during the festival season when everyone is in a rush and things get frantic.
