The Ring Road is always incredibly busy, so there is a lot of energy right outside the building. Being in Rajhans Building, we are surrounded by other offices and people doing all sorts of different things. Our office at 304 is where we handle all the investment and insurance paperwork. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making sure everything is filled out correctly. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets that are usually pretty full. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks can get a bit messy. It’s just the nature of the work. We’ve been at this Margosa Road location for a good while, so we’ve seen the area grow and change. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for people to find us when they are out on Ring Road. There is usually a bit of a breeze if we open the windows, though you mostly hear the traffic from below. It’s just a practical place where we come to work every morning and do our best to stay on top of the files until the day is over.
