Shree Yamuna Mobile Shop

Shree Yamuna Mobile Shop is situated right near Indiragandhi Circle on Sarakki Main Road, over in the Surat Phase I area. It's a location that stays active from early morning until late at night. I spend most of my time behind the glass counter checking out phones that won't turn on or have broken screens. We have a lot of different chargers hanging on the wall because everyone is always losing theirs. The shop is small, so we have to be careful about where we put the new boxes of stock. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I work on a tablet or a phone. It helps pass the time when it's quiet in the shop. The traffic at the circle can be quite loud, but you get used to the horns after a few months. We get a lot of people stopping by while they are waiting for the bus outside. I try to keep the most common screen guards ready so people don't have to wait long. My handwriting isn't the best, but the bills I write are always clear for the customers. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we just have what is necessary for a mobile shop. Sometimes I run out of change, so I have to go to the shop next door to swap some notes. It’s a busy life but I like meeting all the different people who walk through the door daily. We have a small bench outside for anyone who needs to rest their legs.
