You can find Shree Siddharth Travels at 409 Vishwakarma Arcade. We are located on the busy Ring Road in Surat, very close to the Vishwakarma Mandir and the Majura Gate area. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below. It’s a central spot, so we see a lot of people from all over the city. Our office is a simple place where we manage travel bookings and itineraries. We’ve been here for a good number of years. Most days we are just answering the phone and talking to people who want to book a car or a bus for their family trips. Ring Road is always humming with activity, and we are right in the heart of it. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual stuff that gets the job done. Sometimes it’s busy and we’re juggling three things at once, and other times it’s a bit quieter. We aren't a big corporate agency with a lot of rules. We just talk to our customers like normal people and try to figure out what they need for their travels. Near the mandir, it’s a landmark that everyone knows, so it’s easy to give directions. We’ve got a small group working here and we’ve all become pretty good friends over time. It’s a decent way to earn a living, helping folks plan their journeys from our little corner of the arcade.
